After a successful 7+ year career in the financial services field, Jason started Liberty Payroll & Benefit Solutions in August of 2002 to address the rising demand from business owners for government compliance support with integrity. After several years of building a highly respected and rapidly growing payroll & HR brokerage firm, Jason set out in 2007 (with the help of others) to develop what is now known as Human Capital Strategies.
